Interior Design

I offer an interior design service by appointment.  This can be anything from a quick revamp of a room, organise the chaos, colour consultation to full interior project management.

An example of a quick and cheap refurb is below:

This was a dated spare bedroom.  Simply a case of striping the wall paper and dumping the cheap fixes like lampshade and curtains.  Once the wallpaper was removed the walls were given a bit of TLC, filling and sanding.

This was a cheap and easy revamp so the room would be filled with items the client already had so a neutral base was the way to go on the paint, it also helped to dial down the dated seagreen carpet!  

Two coats of Colourtrend Oyster Bed, a great neutral that can look mushroom, grey or biege in certain lights.  Into the ladys garage, we found a brass curtain pole previously had been in her sitting room.  A hack saw and reapplying the end knob saw the pole ready for reuse. Some hand me down curtains and upcycled lamps from a charity shop.

The bedding and bed head the client already had.  The Voyage lightshade was from my shop (Pink Bee), along with the Voyage picture and matching cushions.  The lockers were also from the shop.  The DIY was done by the client herself, cost of the job including consultation charge, paint, dressing the room and new items from Pink Bee = €520
